Title: Varmilo VB87M Bluetooth

Dear friends,


I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I wanted to let everybody know that I purchased the aforementioned keyboard and it is in the mail...
The reason I wanted to share is because I had missed the massdrop buy and I went searching on Taobao.

After a quick chat with a virtual shopping assistant (bot) of the Varmila Flagship Store on Taobao I was directed to their direct email address because I am not a chinese customer. After I mailed them questions about international shipping and PayPal payments I was surprised with a swift reaction and an extensive Excel sheet with customization options.

I send them back my personal preferences such as:

• Switch type: Cherry MX, Gateron, Greetech, Kailh
• Switch color: Black, Brown, Red, Green, Milk
• LED color: White and 8 more colors
• Keycaps: Multiple colors, multicolor (gradient types), front printed, dye-sub and laser engraved
• Case color: Blue, Black, White
• Plate color: Blue, Black, White

I for one was very impressed to get these options directly from the manufacturer for a single buy. I ended up with an additional keyset as well as an additional housing in case I get tired of blue. The pricing is very good in my opinion, same as they offer on Taobao.

When I confirmed my preferences I got a PayPal invoice immediately. I am very happy about this customer experience and I didn't use a Tao agent.

It's been great so far  ;D

Things I noticed:

• You can pair with two devices and switch between them with FN+→
• It has a breathing mode which activates with FN+←
