SDL cables from Unicomp are $15 plus shipping, which brings the total to approx. $70.

Nevertheless, if I were to buy it, I'd use this as a good excuse to get one of ori's SDL to USB cables to go with it.

I sell 1391406s often without cables, and for £40 plus shipping. They invariably go quickly.
Granted, I clean them and test them properly, whereas most eBay listings don't do that.
