i have a canoe (large Mohawk) and it has a outboard motor mount... but i dont have an outboard motor. nor do i have the money to buy one. but i did have afew broken string trimmers and trolling motor. .... afew bucks for some hose, primer builb, and fuel filter and this is what you get. sadly its raining and i can't put it in the water to test yet. i can't wait tho. :D

Hrrrrmm.... Problem is torque... you get good rpms with a weed whacker... but it doesn't got lots of torque for the water..Yeah more or less. Its kind of a big experiment. Keeping water out of the shaft was taken into consideration but more of an after thought.
is that drive shaft sealed and lubricated ?
