Title: What are some 60% PCB's with nested arrow keys?

I'm looking at building a new board and I want arrow keys.  I planned on handwiring my own layout with a teensy but I also want LEDs and don't wanna hassle with them on a teensy.  I know about the whitefox but I was wondering if there were any others.

I'm looking for something even more compact.  I want it to be 1 unit wider than a 60% max

Yeah that's one!  Now how would I go about finding just a PCB?  I'm going to make my own case and plate.
