Title: Btc 5100
Post by: agbiotec on Fri, 25 December 2009, 23:33:49
I am looking at this one here :

http://cgi.ebay.com/BTC-5100-Keyboard-Mini-PS2-mechanical_W0QQitemZ200420257487QQcmdZViewItemQQptZPCA_Mice_Trackballs?hash=item2ea9fa6ecf

From the extra pictures the seller provides,

http://charstar.net/keyboard/index.html

it seems like a spring just hanging in there ? Seems to me that's gonna be the ultimate linear board - except the point where the spring gets compressed so much that you cannot press the key any further !

Really interesting.  I didn't realize the early btc 5100's had a different switch type from the later c versions that are conductive rubber domes over pcb, and siig minitouch plus clones.
