VINTAGE IBM Model M Buckling Spring Mechanical "Clicky" Keyboard 1389100 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-IBM-Model-M-Buckling-Spring-Mechanical-Clicky-Keyboard-1389100-/401137110677)

It's the original style with the impressive two-stage risers, DIP switches and silver logo. Looks like it'll clean up nicely. They're getting harder to find, and everyone should have one in their IBM collection. Requires a Soarer's adapter (270° DIN connector) for use with a PC.
This is the last one in this seller's lot. The auction price is $44.99 w/free shipping, but a friend in the Midwest just told me his offer of $40 was accepted for one of the others.

What's that red slot thing on the right side?

That's a lot of DIP switches, general Oo .

I didn't think that the Ms had the DIP switches, most of my F-122s don't, only the 6110688s.

Not so much. Some of the beam spring boards had 24 or 32 dipswitches that actually impacted how the keyboard performed.
The ones on the M's and F's are just for keyboard ID, and I'm not certain they were ever used in a meaningful way.

But yes, they're DIP switches, and another thing that makes 1st-gen 122s unique.
This one was the first I'd seen with red ones, too; they're usually white:

They're white here too, the dipswitch casing is red.

Er, that's what I meant. (You guys are into precision!)
