To all,
Back in the day I bought several Lexmark split keyboards.
Due to arthritis I can only use these keyboards. I am down to my last new one, after all these years.
QUESTION:
Is there anyone or any company that rebuilds these keyboards?
I think the problem I have on two or three of my old ones are the sensor contact sheets under the keys.
Any LEGITIMATE leads for rebuilding would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Matt

Phosphorglow might do it. His site is here (http://phosphorglow.net/). Super friendly guy, can't hurt to ask him at least.

I have to wonder if Unicomp might have M15 parts sitting in a corner of a warehouse. They do perform keyboard repairs (for standard M's).
You could try http://support.pckeyboard.com/ or support@pckeyboard.com.

Good luck getting these fixed, theyre very rare and sought after and finding parts might be tough.

Thank you for the replies.
I dealt with Unicomp back in the 80's and 90's. I called them this morning and was surprised that someone answered.
They said "no" to anything about M15s. NO parts, NO service, NO ideas, NO help.
He said to check a site called clicky something....... Left an contact question there.
Will contact outfit suggested in this thread.
Thank you, keep the recommendations coming.
Matt
PS , the CONSTANT "verification" questions are ASININE!

I had an M15. It worked fine. I still have the num pad for some reason.
I now use a Maxim Kinesis, which is pretty well built. I think the last one worked for 20 years.

If all else fails Matias makes a solid ergonomic board with their Matias switches.

What a waste of time.
Have been trying to get ANY RESPONSE from Phosphorglow, to no avail.
Have been sending emails to them via their "contact us page" , once per month or two - since June of 2016 BUT NO RESPONSE.
I ask if they can repair the split m15 boards.... I guess they don't want to answer or they are completely incompetent.

I think phosphorglow burned out of keyboards. It happens.
If you want your M15 fixed, you might wanna try asking around here and DIYing it yourself. That's the most efficient way to do it, which is why most of us DIY our boards.
If you want someone else to do it, check the subforum.

Think I need the contact sheets that the keypad presses against.
