Crash Warped
CTR
Plants vs Zombies
Twilight Princess
And a handful of Game Gear games.
-
Mass Effect 2
Kingdom Hearts 2
Assassin's Creed 2
Huh... that's a lot of 2s.
-
none, ever
only games I'd ever consider doing 100% on would be Zelda, but only for OOT and Twilight Princess, but even for those I tend to play through for the story and skip out on the tedious item-fetching
-
The only one I remember for sure is FF7. My brother and I spent ~2-3 years doing this somewhat casually after our first play through as kids.
All Master Materia, max of every item possible without glitches, all limit breaks, all optional bosses and objectives, all characters max level, every Gold Saucer reward, etc. I still have the memory card with the save file, but I haven't owned a PS1/X for 7-8 years. It was several hundreds of hours.
Pretty sure I 100%-ed AC2 back in the day as well, but I'm not positive. I used to try to go for full completion on most games for a long time, though I usually got bored with collectibles and items eventually.
Haven't had time for all that for awhile, though. I still haven't finished The Witcher 3, Fallout 4, DA:I, MGS:V... just to name a few more recent games. Short on time and then when something new comes out I find it hard to go back to previous games.
Actually, as I was typing this up I remembered we did Majora's Mask as well. Still my favorite Zelda.

The last Thief game and the last two Hitman games.
I try to get all the cheeves on these games then just go on a murderous rampage.
On one of the hitman games, I had a speed bump of corpses on the street. ><'
Issues? Perhaps :p

The first jack and daxter.

YOOOOO I TRIED. I tried dude. This was the game that wasn't all corny and edgy with the guns like the sequels. I had almost all of the eggs, then I would 100%. But for whatever reason, a glitch, it was impossible to get the last one. Remembering now, It was an ice level, I can remember seeing it from afar. But a gate that couldn't open was in the way.
The details are fuzzy, but I will never forget it. I've never beat a rpg/action game 100% since :(

That's the worst feeling ever =[

I believe persona 4 golden is my big 100% completion. Tough because it requires multiple playthroughs to max all links.

I tried, but I felt like 100% on FF7 requires Vincent overflow damage, and while I started that attempt, I quickly abandoned it.
-
Commander Keen 4: Secret Of The Oracle. Thas-it :))
I've reached level cap on a bunch of games but I'm always 5-10% shy of the last remaining whatever to really complete everything in the game.
-
Pokemon Blue and Yellow and also Halo 2 and 3.
I've spent like most my life playing those games. I think I started a yellow randomizer run pretty recently actually
-
zork. I and II.
-
Overwatch
Keepo
-
Super Mario 1, 2, and 3
Zelda
Mega Man 1, 2, and 3
Castlevania Aria of Sorrow
Metroid and Metroid zero mission
Halo 3
I have also beat Borderlands 1, 2, and pre sequel as well, but with so many steam accomplishments have not actually acheived 100%.

Jeez, a lot. I think the more notable ones would be collect-a-thon OCD time wasters I used to love as a kid.
Two that come to mind is a complete 251 Pokedex for Pokemon Gold and a COMPLETED 100% Dragon Warrior 7 monster park/farm. If you know what I'm talking about you know how time consuming that is.
I have a lot of full achievement boards for early 360 titles, Dead Rising, Oblivion, Marvel Ultimate Alliance(except for one broken achievement that doesn't unlock for getting Daredevil)
Don't go after achievements anymore, these days I'm lucky to even get half way through the games I get.

Last one I remember was Red Dead Redemption. Enjoyed every second of it.

Super Mario RPG: Legend of the 7 stars 2X
If you could possibly 100% Diablo II I would say yes
-

I don't think it's realistic to 100% something like diablo, because all the unique item sprites exceeds the storage space..

Mules.
Lots and lots of mules. I had over a dozen at one point.

quite a few snes/ps1/n64 etc games when i was younger, as we didn't have too many games so we used to play the **** out of the few that we did have
one more notable one was getting 150 pokemon on pokemon blue (no mew tho..) by trading other kids at school. took a long time but was really fun. battery has since expired in the cartridge, so it's gone 4eva

Bastion
Transistor
Plants vs. Zombies
Metroid Fusion
I completed the regional pokedex for FireRed (original 150), but lost steam before I completed the national dex (event pokemon excluded, of course).
Probably a few older games and educational 'games' as well, but that would be on machines that no longer exist, and I don't remember...

Still gotta play the rest of my Metroid Games.
I *almost* 100% Metroid Zero Mission, but there was one item that's virtually impossible to get. You have to speed through, like, three rooms or something, and jump through different levels.
It still haunts me to this day.
On that note, I forgot I 100% Metroid II!

I've been wanting to play an rpg on my gameboy; should I play Link's Awakening, Oracle of Ages, or Oracle of Seasons?

I never 100%ed metroid on the snes either.. I simply can't memorize where all the stuff is.. to do it in a perfect run.

Super Mario World, to the point that I abused a glitch to gain the maximum number of lives (999) and played long enough to also max out the score.
-
I have never 100%-ed a game. I think I have too short an attention span. Like at home when I plan to do some chores and then just end up on my PC doing nothing...

I would have mentioned Super Mario World but I could never get past the last lvl on the second round. Technically I beat the game but I've never maxed out the score, that must have been an awesome experience!
