Found on TaoBao, asked Reddit and got nowhere. Any one know about it and/or can translate the page better then google?

Unfortunately I am not able to answers your question, but would love to have a set of these. Since I am a frequent PS user. Hopefully someone else can shed some light on these.

Just heard from LunarisDream on /r/MK. Looks like a Chinese group buy. I'm gunna try to get in on it via Proxy.

Hmmm, good to know it's a thing thats a bit more easily available, but I think the enjoyPBT set is a bit cleaner as far as design goes.

Yeah, same. I actually really want this set, even though I don't use Photoshop as often as I'd like these days. Plus, the Mac legends are dyn-o-mite.
