About to buy a zealios board but just wanting some insight as to which switch weight would be best for me. I'm going for the tactile ones. Thanks
-
I'd go for the 78g versions unless you really like light switches (e.g. cherry reds).
-
That's entirely objective.
No-one except you can decide which switch you like best.

I usually like stiff swithces but had the pleasure of using a board of 65g Zealios and they were surprisingly nice.
As rowdy says no-one can answer what's best for you though, you need to try for yourself.

65g is the sweet spot.
LIKE BUTTAH!

Ig you are completely unsure, get 65g. Not sure of that is what is best for you, but that's the in-between. If you're really curious, buy a few switches, pop them in a tester and figure out what you like best. Personally, I'd love to get lubed 67g switches. I'm sure you can find some reviews on the board.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yeah I know I need to try for myself but I cant... Can just afford one board. I've been using a Model F AT for the past year now yet I don't know they're actuation force weight however, I know they're heavier than reds or blues but lighter than my Model M. I did like reds and blues but I don't know reds seemed a bit too light for me. I'm kinda stuck between 67g or 78g. Just want something more crisp and tactile? Need more insight on how the keystroke feels?

i like the purple ones because i type capless so i can rly enjoy the stem color at all times

Now, I've never tried zealios switches, so take this with a grain of salt. But I've got a friend on steam who tried the different switch weightings and he said that he vastly preferred the 67 g spring compared to all the others. =/ Just throwing that out there.
-
I like all of my switches around 60g to 67g, any lighter and I make a lost of mistakes but any heavier and I find it feels like more of a chore to type on.
-
Have you tried any other tactile switches that you like? Some say that 65g Zealios are like Ergo clears, but I don't think they are....

That's entirely objective.
No-one except you can decide which switch you like best.
Wouldn't that be subjective?
