Title: 3.5mm Headset to Softphone, VoIP, USB Adapter

I recently got a job as a work-from-home desktop support technician. For the job, I am required to have a USB VoIP soft-phone headset, but since I already have a pair of (Massdrop) AKG M220s with a ModMic on them (both of which terminate into standard 3.5mm connectors), that maybe I could just get an adapter/converter to still be able to use the headset I already have, turning it into a USB headset. Any ideas/suggestions?

-You are responsible for providing a functional USB headset with a noise-cancelling microphone by the time you begin training."

Because it works better with the Avaya phone software that we will be using.

Avaya phone software sucks IMO, but it's the only IPT software I've used so I don't know that much about other VoIP stuff.

It's a work at home job, so I get my home setup. This'll be my first tech support job, so you probably know more than me haha

Ah OK. Well hopefully your software is configured better than ours. It kicks us out of wrap up after two minutes which sucks.

I had an Astro headset which was pretty good, they come with 3.5mm and USB compatibility.

But.. yea.. they're expensive unless you build one urself.. hahaha.
