Hey.
I've been using a mech keyboard for ~4 years (mx browns, cm storm full) but wasn't really aware that custom keycaps were a thing. In the past few months, I've purchased multiple sets of keycaps, a magicforce 68, and now a TADA68 from Originative. It seems like this is the place to be if I'm looking to pick up some artisan keycaps - so here I am. Looking to get things lined up before my TADA68 ships. :)
Have a good one!

Welcome to Geekhack!
So you started with MX browns - what switches did you get in the other keyboards? The same, or tried something different?
My first two had MX blues, then I got MX blacks next. Now I've got all sorts of switches, but still no Alps :(

Thanks for the welcome!
The magicforce has Gateron Browns - I like them better than the MX browns, much smoother. I originally tried Kaihl black switches and they were the worst thing ever. I need some type of feedback - without it everything just feels so...squishy.
The TADA68 will have Gateron Blues. I work at a software company that is mech keyboard friendly, and most developers here are using blue switches.

You can find a lot of stuff here, and artisans (both new and old makers) have sales that come up decently often just keep an eye out!

There's one guy at work using MX blues (actually my keyboard that I loaned to him). I tried using an SSK, but received a fairly vigorous complaint :))
