Sup fellow junkies.
Eventually I'll get an SSK, until then I'll defend my precious HHKB2's and full-size M's.
Been lurking on the GH60 progress for a bit too, seems interesting if not somewhat "barebones" aesthetically.
Recently got a thinkpad, that thing is pretty tits to type on...even the touchpoint is pleasant.
In other "input" related topics, I'm working on a rotary "spinner" controller for the Nuon. Specifically Tempest 3000, if anyone is familiar.
Basically there was never a spinner controller released even though Tempest 3K was built for it, so we're trying to fix that.
Anyway, howdy y'all.
edit: no idea why that attachment came out upside down, not sure I care...lol.

Welcome to Geekhack!
SSK and HHKB are miles apart - but I love them both :)
I have no idea what a nuon rotary controller is, and Google turned up all sorts of search results. Got a picture? Anyway, there's an input devices (https://geekhack.org/index.php?board=71.0) section that might be more relevant if you want to see if anyone else has an interest in it!

Definitely pick up an SSK if you can find one reasonably priced. I absolutely love mine.
Also, welcome!

It's a long story, but briefly it's an unreleased controller for a really good game (Tempest 3000) on 'the most obscure game console'.
Google for 'the most obscure game console' and you'll find Nuon.
Google for 'nuon rotary' and you'll probably run into my YouTube video of getting the quadrature encoder to twiddle the counters on the system in a test program for the first time.
But there's more to do.

I saw your other thread, thanks :)
Interesting stuff. I wonder if Jeff Minter kept the prototype, or whatever it was he had.

He did not, I asked.

Welcome :)
Much keyboard.
All the input.
Llamas abound!

Aha!
Good that he's still around and active on social media :)
