too few details..

have you tried to restart your computer with the keyboard plugged in?
some keys or all keys?
have you tried it on other computer/laptop?

Definitely check out that USB connection if you open up the keyboard. I don't see a replaceable breakout board; I hope the problem is a loose USB connection. Has your warranty expired? I'm not 100% sure but it looks like you'll void your warranty if you open the case. Some of the screws (2 of 4) are under stickers.

Edit - Oh ok, I see you've opened it. Did you check the other side of that USB connection?
