Blood test came back..
Vitamin D, Deficiency.. (http://emoticoner.com/files/emoticons/onion-head/lonely-onion-head-emoticon.gif?1292862642)
Go outside people, Go Outside..
Went to the doctors for checkup a few weeks back, he said I looked extremely pale, so he put the extra vitamin test in the order, it's not part of the standard blood work.
So, I'm gonna go eat some egg yoke, and take these pills here.. sigh................

It's TP, I'm surprised it's only a vitamin D defficiency.
-

-
i had the same thing, they'll give you prescription D and you'll be fine
stay inside where it's safe :P

It varies depending on where you live, but it's something like 2 minutes a day in direct sunlight to meet the requirements.
How the hell do you not get at least that?

I'm gonna keep an eye out for enriched wheat flour i guess.. hahahahaha
I think I do remember seeing a ramen packet that said , fortified with vitamin d.. might have been cookies, not sure.

i mean... if i was a betting man... :))
no but seriously i think sunlight just helps your body process D.. you still have to ingest it from something.

vitamin dic (https://www.amazon.com/NatureWise-Vitamin-Organic-Olive-Non-GMO/dp/B00GB85JR4/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1469251730&sr=1-4&keywords=vitamin+d)

UVB rays convert 7-dehydrocholesterol in your skin into the precursor for vitamin D, which is converted into usable form in your kidneys.
You do not need to eat anything that actually contains vitamin D to produce it.
-
Vitamin D deficiency is extremely common here in the PNW. Most folks take D supplements during the winter as you might not see the sun for a couple months, even if you go outside :))
Just take the pills and go on with life Tp :thumb:
-
I've been there man. You gotta eat some pills and that's about it.
Seriously though? Get some sun once in a while it's hella good for you, just not too much.

What's this "outside" that people keep talking about?
I've been there - it's all dark and wet. With unspeakable things lurking in the shadows.

Nooo it's not that ba... wait you're from Australia? Yeah I wouldn't go outside either then.
-
Do windows block the important rays?
Surely there's no need to go outside, just rearrange your room so you sit near the window...
-
I had low vitamin D so the doctor told me to get vitamin D pills and I misread and got one with way too high of a dose. Like you can't even find it locally.

Is this a dumb idea >..
So, I read some vitamins require oil to properly absorb..
So, if I grind up the vitamin in my mortar..
Then, add it to a tablespoon of butter...
Would this mod work ? ?

Just use the mortar to break it down then sniff it all at once.. the oils in your nostril is plenty.
