Wake up early, make ramen.. eat ramen.. make another pack of ramen, eat ramen... feel fat...I don't understand how you can eat so much of it, I can barely move at all for a whole day after eating just one pack Oo .

never snooze, never get back into bed, feet on the floor within 15 seconds of the alarm.

Man, i wish it were that easy.. especially when you can't sleep well the night before..
Any tips for getting a good night sleep?
it helps a ton if the thing you have to be up for keeps a roof over your head. i still stay up until 3am some nights, but i always know i NEED to get up now for survival. days off I still sleep about 12 hours though, but some weeks I literally get like 15 hours the entire work week.
knowing your livelihood depends on you getting out of bed changes a lot.
Hear the birds..drink some coffee, check the interwebz....this is the best part of the weekend.I'm right there with you buddy!

Sleep debt is a major cause of depression spirals..
You get tired, therefore depressed, so you do things to medicate..
But then that doesn't fix the problem, so then you become reliant upon the medicine just to coast by..

Yea but if you keep stimming.. then your natural system is thwarted.. thus keeping you in a chem loop.
Getting up early maximizes your weekend, if you sleep through those precious hours of no-work/school, you're not taking full advantage. :cool:I make up for sleep lost during work days. If you work 13 hours a day, 6 days a week, doing things in your own time quickly pushes it past bedtime xD .
Sleeping more just makes you more tired anyways... ;D

I woke up at 6am this past Saturday. That's my regular workday wake up time.As someone that has no responsibilities and is young, I wish I could wake up at 6am. 11am kinda sucks after a while.

Heh. Grass is always greener. :P Waking up early isn't terrible because you have so much time to get stuff done, but when you wake up that early every day it is nice to sometimes just take a day off. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
