Title: What Keyboard is this?

I noticed this board while browsing old drops on Massdrop.  A commenter thought it was an aluminum Ducky Shine 4, but it's only 104 key (Shine 4 is 108) so I have no idea.  Any Ideas?

The feet do seem very Ducky-like.
