I have two of these:

Bought for Euro 1,- each on ebay. Metal dome switches. Vandal-proof but not nice to type on. The good thing is these come with the programmable controller I currently use in my Mini. Which is quite expensive otherwise.

This one (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ERGONOMIC-KEYBOARD-102-KEYS-KB-7000-for-286-to-486-NIB_W0QQitemZ180450671222QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Input_Peripherals?hash=item2a03b2ba76) looks cooler to me, maybe even clicky.

But overall ebay AU looks like a pretty barren place keyboard-wise. Unlike ebay Germany, where people seem to post a complete inventory of their trashcans every day.

Oh, this isn't the ebay finds section. Ok, I'll shut up...
