Here are some "Model M 1389260 Clicky Keyboards" (http://cgi.ebay.com/Lot-of-5-VINTAGE-IBM-Model-M-1389260-Clicky-KeyBoards_W0QQitemZ390131851328QQcmdZViewItemQQptZPCA_Mice_Trackballs?hash=item5ad5aba040) for about $15USD per keyboard. Condition appears to be salvageable for all but one of them.
US $74.95 + shipping.
They appear to only ship to the United States.

At least one of those is a Model M. The two piece keycap missing it's top is a dead giveaway. The area around the barrels on the pics with the missing keycaps looks quite plasticky as opposed to the shiny olive metal you'd expect on a Model F.
Bare in mind that early Model M 122-keys looked identical to their Model F predecessors, even down to the 'hat' keys usually associated with Model Fs.

Corrected.
