Hello, I have been viewing IC and GB in geekhack for a while but forgot to register an account till now. Recently got a plan for designing and handwiring a keyboard with numpad on left (yep, inspired by Monarch), but got some trouble on picking the right controller. I think Teensy 2.0 did not have enough pin for the build, so should I pick the Teensy ++ 2.0 or the newer Teensy 3.x? If I didn't remember wrong, Teensy 3.x ahve a more powerful chip compare to the Teensy 2.0 and Teensy ++ 2.0. But how should I change my code if I want to use tmk to program the keyboard? Or is it possible I can use those arduino board and TMK to program my keyboard?

Welcome to Geekhack!
There are not many keyboards with the numpad on the left. Most of those make my head spin thinking the picture is backwards :))
Not a lot of people check the new members area, so if you don't get a response you could create a thread in the making stuff together (https://geekhack.org/index.php?board=117.0) section, which will probably get a bit more attention.
