Humanoid pokemon have always been... strange imo. The logic behind them and the fact that many are kept as companions or 'pets' really weirds me out when you can think of an essentially human pokemon (machamp, mr mime, jynx, etc) as a "pet"

Lickilicky was dumb the moment it was revealed. There was no need to have a Lickitung evolution.
For a while I've defended the newer Pokemon designs, but I am having a hard time doing it with each successive generation. Even my 15-year-old sister says a lot of the newer Pokemon lack creativity.
Some of the overall designs are changing over the years (no longer do we have watercolored Pokemon that might resemble creatures we see in our own world) and instead we have **** like:

I get it; we have pokemon that in generations 1 and 2 that aren't that creative, but those are far and few between. There hasn't been one Pokemon from the new line-up I like...except for one:

No, I'm not joking.

I actually really, really like this change. It's like any long-necked dinosaur, so I totally understand why it might be a dragon-type Pokemon. Let's face it: having a bunch of eggs turn into a palm tree is dumb, but that was all the way back in generation 1. Now we just have a longer neck and different type.

i'd love it if they added this to Pokemon GO. I'd laugh to see one of those defending a gym.

Weezing seems a bit odd to me, what with that conjoined twin and little puffs of fart gas everywhere.
