Is something suppose to happen ?
Overall, the only thing I notice is the skin on my face is a bit smoother and softer.. But that could just be because it's summer and the air is more hydrated..

what does chyros think of coq ?

Mushrooms, carrots, apples, sweet potatoes yadda-yadda. I won't shy away from a multivitamin but I usually feel the results immediately when I eat the foods directly. Liquid gels seem to help more--maybe liquid gels have a different delivery system that will help with absorption for people with strong stomachs? /shrug

what does chyros think of coq ?
It's a skin-inherent co-enzyme, it's almost impossible be deficient in it. The marketing campaign surrounding CoQ10 is the biggest scam since the lactic acid ripoff.

I was looking at the liquid gel kind, the percentage seems lower and it costs more.
So I just powder the hard vitamins in a pestle and take it with some water..

I've seen fish oil and Vitamin E in liquid gel but if you see a multivitamin that fits those daily recommended doses hook me up with the deets ;) Liquid gel allergy medicine works faster for me--that's the only frame of reference I have for efficient medicine delivery systems (that and the stuff delivered from face masks right before surgery ).
If I need to call the fire department I don't want to explain why I have a moral and pestle, especially one with white residue all over it..

My original karate sensei, also a certified nutritionist, said that the one thing that vitamins are certain to do is to increase the dollar value of your urine.
One problem with "multi" vitamins is that they usually contain iron, and the (male) body has no way to get rid of it. Modern diets are quite rich and most of us probably get far more iron than we need anyway. I donate a pint of blood several times a year, and eliminating excess iron is a significant part of the reason.

I don't think they use a mortar and pestle to grind narcotics..
They probably use a chopping block and a food mixer of sorts..

I asked my doctor if I should take some because I was feeling pretty sleepy a lot, he told me they are a waste of time for the average person to take and that I should just get off my ass and move more.
needless to say I now take vitamins and am lazier than ever /s
