I think the deer looks very nice, whether or not it should be an alternative ESC key or not I don't feel qualified enough to say. I love the design, though.

Thank you! I thought about using the deer novelty for alternate alt keys but I think it's better to keep it minimal, low profile.

I just got confirmation from Signature Plastics that we can get a custom color for alphas!
I'm thinking of going with either Pantone 705 U or 7422U:
Leaning towards 7422U (more pinky) but let me know what you guys prefer!

705U might be a bit brighter but it's more on the beige side. For novelties I figured the pink/lavender colored ones wouldn't appeal to everyone haha, glad you like the purple ones :thumb:

Keep in mind, the keyboard is under a light source (most common condition).

The 7520U Color was used in some most early renders and works well (might be a bit darker irl though)
The 7422U 'cotton candy' color also works well; lighter and complements the purple .

That 7520U really pops in the pictures for me. Didn't think I'd like it as much but it stands out the most and not in a bad way.
It does stand out the most, and works well too. It was the color I had originally planned to use but felt a light pink would fit the grand Budapest theme better. But both the 7520U and 7422U are recurrent colors in the film's palette so in the end it's down to personal taste. I've been using this color for most of my renders and the feedback has always been positive so it would make more sense to stick to it ;D-

Glad to hear it'll be October, that is a relief indeed!
Some sets have been including it in the standard modifiers because of the popularity of the WhiteFox, Miami Dolch has taken a nice approach to it as well having a specific kit for WF users with way less keys than tsangan to making it less wasteful and (probably?) cheaper. I have a WF Aria and that's the only key that's usually not included in standard mod packs - there are other boards that use a 1.75u shift as well but I personally am not aware of what they are exactly aside Tsangan, not sure how much use there'd be for it for most people and I'm surely going to be purchasing the set regardless.
Still, may be worth having a look! :)

Like how the numpad set has been done.
The not-super-huge novelties kit is great.. miss out on those due to people including the kitchen sink oftentimes. Hopefully that helps keep it affordable!

Those WhiteFox renders THOUGH. Damn. It looks great on planck too which is quite the achievement, I tend to dislike the way sets work with ortho layouts usually. Can't wait for the set to see the light of day - btw, are you planning on having it be run through Massdrop or elsewhere?

Will this be available in the next couple of weeks or will it be pushed into November? I'm just trying to budget myself with the crazy amounts of great stuff available recently and would really like to get my hands on this set!

Thanks for including novelties with the alphas, it's nice to have one less additional kit to grab, especially when it's not a large novelties set. Love the big range of keys for the 40% kit too - this will fit my Planck and future Minivan together, right, rather than another two separate kits to get? :thumb:
