Title: How Can I Maximize The Keyboard's Repeat Response?

Hi,

I would like to maximize my keyboard's repeat response, meaning, the speed at which the key being pressed down is repeating itself - How might I do so?
I already checked the value at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard - and it was indeed 31 (top value I believe).
Is there perhaps any 3rd party software to do the trick?
I know of a keyboard branded Zowie Celeritas, which is extremely fast, though, I can't seem to find it for sale anywhere, any other recommendations?
