Title: Only Caps lock and Cotrol key are working

I recently got a Apple Standard Keyboard (M0118) and all keys except for the Caps lock and Control key are not working.
When I plug in a second, fully functioning keyboard simultaneously this problem occurs on that keyboard as well.

Sounds like a driver/OS issue rather than anything related to the keyboard itself.
