Pretty much all of the caps i received were nicked. Am currently waiting for massdrop to send me a replacement stepped capslock(printed upside down) and a 1.5 capslock that wasnt included :(

Nicked? You mean the sprue mark?

Thats what I thought it could be? but for each key the mark is in a different place. Some of the tops of the keys looks like it was scratched with a knife. Not swirls but like straight. The best analogy I can think of is when someone keys a car and you can see the clear coat. All of the sprue marks ive seen arent like that.

I haven't ever had any problems with them, other than marginal slowness.

I emailed them 2 weeks ago asking for a 1.5u BS and a stepped Caps (the bs wasn't included and caps was printed upside down). Got A response a day later saying they would "attempt to order replacements, but be aware it may not be possible to do so". Even GH buys (which are more risky IMO) attempt to send replacements. >:(

That's unfortunate, but they said that they would attempt to order them. What else do you want? At that point, it's up to whether SP will do the one offs, right? It's not like they said you're just out of luck...

Every GB ive seen on here sends off replacements. Isnt massdrop the one that sorts the caps? Its not like its my fault the caps have defects

They didn't say that they wouldn't. They were just setting expectations in case SP can't/won't send replacements.

Yes! One or two of mine were nicked, not a cast mark but some kind of shipping defect I believe. It's not visible in use but a little off-putting. Oh well! :(
