it worked just fine, then one day it began acting weird with key stuck (not the switches, like pressing a key without releasing it) and the only way to stop it was plug/unplug.
Then one day when connected, Windows keep bragging about a USB device not found. Changed cable, tried different PC and USB port but nothing.
If i keep pressed Y or U it's being recognized, but only for few seconds then no key sent. If i try flashing, it says device unrecognized.
Any help/advice? :(

Maybe a joint came loose? Check your soldering for any obvious issues.

This is why i always have a copy of my original/out of the box layout for instances like these.

What do you mean? If you are speaking about firmware layout, i didn't mess with it.
When it started acting weird it was with the same firmware as it was when i bought it.

Then maybe the issue persist with the controller itself.
Might be defective or your usb port was undervolted? have you ever experienced it with other devices before?

Nope, first time it happened to me. I suppose the only solution is to trash it :(

Yup, i discovered that i'm not a 60% person, but i paid more for the case than the rest, so i don't want to trow all away :D
It's seem that i'm in the market for a 60% pcb ;)
