Here's another nice deal I just spotted: a first-gen 122-key Model M, with the fancy two-part risers.
IBM VINTAGE 1986 CLICKY KEYBOARD MODEL M Part No. 1389262 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-VINTAGE-1986-CLICKY-KEYBOARD-MODEL-M-Part-No-1389262-/182295907783)

BIN $36.44 + 16.87 shipping in U.S.
These are right up there with 1390131s in terms of typing pleasure, IMHO, and non-thrashed examples like this one rarely appear this cheaply.
It's missing a keycap, but fortunately it's not one of the special terminal ones. (It also has a number of intentionally blank keycaps.)
It'd require a Soarer's adapter (e.g. one of Orihalcon's adapter cables (http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Soarers-Converter-Adapter-for-IBM-Model-F-122-Keyboard-Remapping-Macros-NKR-/271644933588)) to use it with a PC. It also lets you program all those extra keys (woo!).
