Post by: seanpeery on Mon, 03 October 2016, 15:35:58
Does anyone know any companies that will create a custom non=standard keyboards based on layouts made with http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/ (http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/)

That plate is just a normal ansi 108, why not just build a fully programmable board yourself and just customize it how you want it?

I'm not sure what you mean by normal ansi. It's a non-staggered design so at the very least I need a custom PCB. It's also non-standard board size I believe.
It would also be nice to push it and find a place that can build scissor keys.
But the main answers are time and laziness.

Oh, sorry man, Im going blind I guess! Cool layout. Maype you can get bigbluesaw to cut a plate for you and you could hand wire it. It would be VERY costly to have a custom pcb built for you unless you can interest enough people to do a GB.
