Deciding to get out of MX other than my work board. This is the first round. Got other stuff coming when I get the chance to go through everything. If you need more pics please let me know.

Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.

I bought this in 2013 (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=47093.0) as an unassembled kit. I built the kit myself. It has MX Greens with Magenta LEDs. Should be pretty easy to swap everything out since the PCB is in good shape. Doesn't come with any keycaps. This was my daily driver on and off for 3 years


Atessa Alps Keyboard (JP layout) = $55

Simplified Gray Alps. Transluscent pad printed keycaps. Smokey gray and white legends. Alps stem caps. Don't have the missing cap. Never typed on because the layout drives me insane.

Has the Gateron switches that feel like MX Clears. Clear Gateron Stem. No LEDs. Some form of Cherry PBT typewriter caps. Silver case. Red feet. Doesn't have the 7x Costar wire stabilizer in the spacebar. Bottom row is 1.5x - 1.5x - 7x - 1.5x - 1.5x. I bought it from Livingspeedbump and I haven't typed on it.

Good to see you have finally seen the light and are ridding yourself of MX.

Now if you want to get rid of that MX board at work, I can provide MX transition therapy for a very affordable rate.

Unfortunately I can't even swap it to WKL if I wanted to without drilling out the PCB. This PCB only supports this layout.

At home I'm rotating between the Kingsaver with SKCM Blue, IBM 6019284 aka Kishsaver, and an SSK. At work I've got a Leeku 1800 PCB in a Dolch case with MX Clears. I'm only holding onto it until I find a suitable non-MX board for work.

I have switch to lightweight Realforces at work.  But I know you're distaste for Topre...

Before that, I was using keyboards with Matias Quiet switches.  I can't say that I am crazy about the stock Matias keyboards, but I like skullydazed's Clueboard (http://clueboard.co/) and I also swapped the switches in a Siig Minitouch.  I guess it depends if you want a traditional TKL or something with a numberpad rather than a non-traditional layout.
