I need it to not affect the diameter as much as possible.

It's sold in rolls.

And, google says heat it..   so I know heat would soften it, but, then there's diameter..

Could try soaking it in hot water

Would it just return to straightness,  or do i need to apply pressure..

The problem I'm having is ,  I don't know of a way to apply Even pressure, which may cause odd formations.
