Title: Keyboard macros - do you use/set them? If you do, what are they?

Modern mechanical board's PCB are mostly customizable: for the default layout or that you can define something called 'macro' - which is basically a series of key presses pre-defined.

Keystroke procedural macros can be achieved within a software, e.g. MS Word, Notepad++, Emacs, Vi, or software at more of a system level, e.g. AutoHotKey.

Do you use your keyboard's macro function? If yes, what macro(s) have you defined and how often do you use them?

I have 10 macro buttons (requires firmware load) and a macro record/play function that holds ~80 characters.  I don't use them very often.

This board also has pre-programmed macros for Cut, Copy, Paste, Undo, Select All, New File, Open, Save, Find, Run, Lock, Calculator, Media Player, Volume Up, Volume Down, Mute, Prev, Play/Pause, Next; plus mouse keys on the function layer.  I use those quite a bit.

I have two macros for two of my email addresses and one for my phone number.
