Tp4 am really digging Nongshim's kimchi flavored noodles..

It says flavored with real-kimchi..  But ofcourse it's way better if you add your own...

Or do up a kimchi-beef stirfry really quick and then get the semi-cooked-noodlez in there to finish off..

Don't even need extra seasoning,  just pour the flavor packet that comes with the noodle..

Black pants, black shirt, and black shoes. Maybe a black sweatshirt if the temp continues to drop. So I guess just normal everyday clothes.

edit - on a scale of 1 - 11 what would you rate Chapagetti?

I give it a hard 6, very tasty but could use some additions. Some fried steak and veggis would make it an 8-9

Chapagetti   has to be made differently vs the regular ramen.

You want 350-450ml of water only, and use the ENTIRE packet in that amount of water.

The point is to concentrate the (fried seasoning) 炸醬 flavor.   Don't worry about it being too salty, the flavor packet is significantly less salty than the regular shin Ramen,   You can use the entire packet without the noodle turning out inedible.

The origin of Zhajiangmien, is a ground meat stirfry with Soybean paste..

So, the result of the sauce should be THICK..

However, when you make ramen, because it has to be rehydrated,  you need lots of water,   so in this case, you have to minimize the end amount of liquid to maximize the authenticity and design of that flavor of sauce.

It was very thick when I made it, almost like a gravy! Loved it, very tasty. Wish I had some veggis for it though, maybe some pork, then it would have been much better. I am going to be buying more though, you get so much in one packet and its only 49 cents.

You can make a stirfry with ground pork and the seasoning packet,  then mix in SEMI-half--cooked ramen..

Then do it up together..   this would be the most authentic rendition .
