Firstly, expected a mouse spider(which I've caught on the beach).
Secondly, huntsman are best pest control :)

That is a pretty powerful spider..

Yes, huntsman spiders are big bastards.

It's amazing it still clings to the walls with the weighs of a whole mouse on it Oo .

I've done my bit, but for every one that is, say, re-homed, there are 1000 more waiting to take its place.

Expected to see this... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goliath_birdeater I used to be able to order just about anything I wanted while working at a pet store in high school, this was one of several shock-value purchases. Thing was a ****ing monster. It's fangs were over an inch long, easily.

Yours is still pretty big, though.
