Title: Help with LZ keyboard problem

I've encountered a strange problem with my LZ-CP. While doing something else yesterday, I heard a sound from my PC as if something is disconnected, I thought it was strange as I wasn't anywhere near the computer, but didn't think about it too much. Later when I went back to the computer I noticed the keyboard is no longer working and only three of the RGB LEDs were lit (RGB1 - RGB3). When I tried to reattach the keyboard I got the message from Windows "USB device not recognised, The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it." Tried it on my laptop and got the same message. Reflashing did nothing, and neither did reprogramming on JigOn. Really strange since the keyboard has worked flawlessly for around a year. Anyone has any idea what is going on?
