PS - Just kidding about the ingredients above, that's just what they said in a couple of movies. It is really mostly fat and skin.

I fry up the bologna now, cut it on the sides so it stays flat while in the pan..

You lay the kraft singles on there for a minute right before pulling them out of pan, so the singles melt..

ONLY problem with this, as delicious as it is, is that melted kraft sticks to teeth like glue..

gotta fry the meat, maybe grill the bread, and use kraft cheese, mustard and mayo. That is the best way.

Yea I agree with frying the baloney,

But I've found that toasted bread has a much stronger flavor of its own,

Under the assumption that we WANT/ LIKE the taste of fried baloney, Perhaps that should be prioritized, thus leaving the bread untoasted..

Frying or otherwise searing bologna and/or hot dogs wakes up the taste and prevents it from being mere gelatinous mystery meat.

Kraft cheese is really just orange plastic and Duke's is the best mayonnaise by far.

um... I think the problem with lettuce is that the baloney is really smooth, so + the lettuce, would make the sandwich unstable in the grip..

But, i guess it'd work well with Chopped lettuce, or maybe if you got the lettuce very dry, and put some cuts into it to increase friction..

Tomatoes haz the same instability issue, but it's ok as long as you got enough mayo for glue.

Ummm.... yea..... you can make lettuce wraps.. hrrmm.. probably want to switch to low-sodium baloney for that, because now you don't have the bread to balance the xtreme saltiness of regular baloney..
