Title: TADA68 Spring swap?

Hello fellow Geekhacker's. I have a TADA68 with Gat Blacks on the way and I have gotten interested in doing a spring swap and maybe lubing the switches. Could anyone point me in the right direction of where to learn how to do this or if it is even worth it? Thanks!
