Tp4 wuz looking up how much candy he can eat.. now that halloween is over, and finally can haz the precious...
According to the American Heart Association (AHA), the maximum amount of added sugars you should eat in a day are (7):
Men: 150 calories per day (37.5 grams or 9 teaspoons).
Women: 100 calories per day (25 grams or 6 teaspoons).

How could anyone just eat 1 funsize per day..

That means only 200 calories worth of sugar... which is 1.33x can of soda.. so ~ 50grams of sugar..

I think I need to eat at least 2 more funsize bars, to calm down, because of how alarmed I am at how many Funsize bars I've eaten today.. ~20...
