Title: Coolermaster Masterkeys Pro feedback
Post by: pixelpusher on Wed, 02 November 2016, 08:13:35
This is a long shot, I'm sure, but does anyone know if you can open the tops of the switches on the masterkeys keyboards from CM?  I really want a green switch in one of them but all they offer is red, blue, and brown.

of course you can, but it'll take you some srs surgery (desoldering)

Plate mounted board, bro.

Takes some time but it's worth it. Soldering is a good skill to have.

If the switch-holes are made the same way as in the Quickfire TK they are insanely easy to desolder. They should be too big for holtites though.
