I like the style of a 7u spacebar in combination with a 1.5u and 1u bottom row, but the 6.25u just feels better when I hit it off center.
I can't decide ... go for style or go for better feel ...
Which one do you prefer?

Generally if you go for style, you'll get used to the feel.

I prefer 7u spacebar,i like 84 kbd more.

7u with winkeys.
-
7u only because of the Winkey-less (or 1u Win keys) layout, but I think 7u is too long. 6u is just about right.
The only reason I'd consider 6.25u space bars again is that artisan space bars seem to be up and coming but only in 6.25u sizes.

10u :p

The best centered is a 6u space bar along with 1.5+1 units modifiers each side.
This makes the point well:

I kind of see what you mean. I recently built a few boards that use the 1.5/1/1.5/7 bottom row layout after only using 1.25/6.25 previously. The spacebars do feel a bit different, and I'm still getting used to the spacing between ctrl/win/alt, but I love typing on an R5 bottom row and like the more even look:
