-
gah.. vodka and pickle juice..
This is awful...
blechh...

Depends what your drinking.
-
1 is strange, 2 is for the conservative in-laws, 3 is normal, 4 is a night out, 5 is for the other in-laws.
-
^^ in that case i'm clearly an alcoholic. :))
-
Well, yeh, clearly I don't abide by these rules. They just sounded rational to me at the time.
-
Depending on who you are with, Drink until you are comfortable is my rule haha
-
Depends on the occasion, really. If I'm with friends then just a few pints, but if it's a posh, formal dinner it's more like two bottles of wine.
-
I mostly stopped drinking "with" meals, water is better and doesn't get in the way.
Drink before and after dinner.

Depends on the food...
Pizza is mandatory 6 brews.
BBQ ribs is another mandatory 6.
Grilled Brats is a 2 beers/brat.
A Plate of Ceviche is 4 beers.
Then a a double of whiskey for dessert.
Civilized, TP4.
Civilized.

1 beer per couple of chicken wings.
2 wings = 1 beer
4 wings = 2 beers
6 wings = 3 beers
8 wings = 4 beers
10 wings = 5 beers
12 wings = 6 beers
etc.
I usually do 20 wings by myself, with 2 beers.. hahaha.. and a large plate of celery stix with blue cheese dressing.

100% fact Tp4tissue. damn right
I remember this guy ordered wings without the dressing one time..
I almost thought to call the police and have him arrested. give him a solid month to contemplate his infraction against wings..

Y'all are animals.
Also, it really depends on the beer. Mass market beer, doesn't really matter. Craft beer, depends on the abv.

what is your favorite beer?
Hmmm that's tough. I think Racer 5 is up there for me. I'm not sure I could pick one beer, but the SoCal IPA style is my favorite.

I don't like drinking w/ food. Drinking is its own separate activity.
-
Isn't drinner when you have booze in lieu of food? So if you have drinner on the reg, doesn't that qualify as an alcoholic?

I think it depends on the length of the meal. Usually I have one drink before we order, then another by the time the starters arrive (probably) then maybe one when the mains arrive or halfway through depending on how fast the service is, then if we want dessert I probably wont have another. If we are sitting down after instead then I might have one more.
