Hello everyone.
I recently came in possession of two packard bell 5130 keyboard.
The problem is that one work fine once connected to the pc through the adapter, while the other one has the blinking light problem.
Obviously the adapter is the same, so can anyone please help me to find out what's the problem?
Here's a picture of the capacitors: http://imgur.com/a/KdtgV
Thanks!

pretty sure that's glue, and not leak..
Buh..... not hard to fix, just get 2 new caps.. keep the voltage about the same, and find ones that fit, you don't need to match the uf rating, as long as the replacement capacitors have higher voltage.
OH, and DO NOT buy expensive capacitors, if you do, you're wasting your money .. this is NOT the place for it.

I've seen some that have looked like that. But an easy fix regardless.

There's no point in even wondering about it. They're easy & cheap enough to just replace. These are electrolytic so they are polarized so watch that when you replace them. Any voltage equal or higher than the labeling is ok. I can't see the markings very well but it looks like one is marked 10 microfarad.
