Title: New here and I'm in desperate need of your help
Post by: acidoxyde on Wed, 09 November 2016, 15:22:30
So here goes nothing. I'm looking for a good keyboard that costs around the 100 euros mark. I want it with red or brown switches, don't mind if they are not cherry mx as long as it's a variant that is reliable. Backlighting(not RGB!!!) is a plus but not a huge necessity. I don't mind buying a used board either. Hit me up with suggestions guys!!!

Thank you in advance

hrrrrrrmmm.. Ripster alt-account creation?

Pose as a newbie, looking for a generic keyboard..   casually masking the location using  EUROs moniker..

I agree with the ducky. My first mechanical keyboard I bought last year was a ducky mini, and it is still my favorite/most reliable/daily driver keyboard. They are pretty reasonably priced and do have backlit options. Beyond that, maybe a pok3r keyboard if you dont mind a 60% sized keyboard?

I really dislike 60% keyboards ;p. Can you guys suggest websites for used keyboards here in europe other than ebay? I visited /r/mechmarket and the only thing they are selling are the 60% keyboards :(. Is there a selling page here in geekhack?

Yes there is a classifieds,  buhhhhhhhhhh given recent events.. I wouldn't recommend our clearinghouse..

hahahahaha

with 100 euro, you shouldn't have to buy used... most new boards fit in that budget.
