Welp.. It's almost dinner time,  and I'm still not hungry from the whole chicken I ate last night..

It'd be awesome if humans could live on chicken alone..

You'd just eat say.. 0.75 chicken a day.. and be done with it..

0.75 of a turkey ?    They're HUGE compared to chickens.

Has anyone here ever actually have turducken? If so, how was it prepared and served, and how did it taste?

In China I've had 套四宝 (Tao Si Bao),  which is  duck, chicken, dove, quail..   Large to small..  I don't think there's a strict limitation on PRECISE types of birds to use.. although size is an obvious constraint..

The smaller bird meats have a softer thinner texture, whereas chicken is the roughest, followed by the duck..

The duck is fattier, so its meat is typically not as dry as (chicken breast)..

Yea I'd really go vegan if it weren't for the fact that it's cheaper to eat meat.. at least in America..

I want to go vegan.. I really do...

I've not heard of a protein source,  OTHER than beans (which I can't digest),  or some sort of soy distillate that's highly chemically processed.

I looked into --the soylent-- ontop of attempting my own mix..

Basically the problem is,  I can't get the cost down vs  Rice + Chicken + Egg + lettuce + tomato..

Eat shelled hemp seeds. They pack a crapload of protein and other goodies.

Eat shelled hemp seeds. They pack a crapload of protein and other goodies.

COST.....

Hemp Seed @ $62 per 5 lbs

that's 756 grams of protein for $62

---- 12.2g protein / $1

12 eggs = $1,    5.5g*12 = 66g protein

---- 66g protein / $1

Unless they sell quantities of Hempseed at 4x lower than the current price...

I can't afford it..

Costco Chickens are stupid.. People who buy Costco Chickens are even MORE stupid,  People who collect or intend to sell Costco Chickens are ALSO Stupid because it's not a scalable business..

You might come out 20-30lbs heavier at the top,  but what's the point, that never gets any lower, and you're up way more by not putting your ass to work in the interim..
