Og mods are a no go for this set unfortunately (http://i.imgur.com/zqlgbiq.jpg)
Well bottom row anyway

WYSE double shots are so good looking! I wish someone would do a GB with the exact retro color scheme so I could get a set that doesn't look brown :p

The thick WYSE keycaps are really good, very enjoy typing on them.

thick? From which board??
I don't think they are specific to any WYSE board but my WY-30 had some and they are glorious. I just wish they weren't so yellowed though

These are exactly what I have. Thick and yellow, but very nicely typing on. It's actually make my liner switch quieter.

those WYSE are so thick. have you tried retrobrite?
-
Yeah I tried it on some of my thin WYSE double shots and it ended up leaving some white stains so I am a bit weary to try with these thicker double shots in fear that the same thing might happen. I'm not sure if the thing I used (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00FKVYCHQ/ref=ya_aw_oh_bia_dp?ie=UTF8&psc=1) caused it or if I left the keycaps in the sub too long.

I had a baggie with like 4000 wyse caps in it, but all thin and all **** layout. they're in a local landfill now

yeah I would really just get the NIB ones if you're after the switches. That or get an old G80 and don't fuzz about the logos since it makes no difference.
I picked up one of these (http://www.ebay.com/itm/132006544024) to convert but I'm thinking about getting some more for the switches. I really should be saving so I can pay for my viper though. When will the spending end?! :))
