So I stumbled upon this beauty, and I'm now hoping some vintage keyboard guru would help with some of it's mysteries.

On the back of the keyboard it says "Option #001", what could that mean?
Also I couldn't find any pictures with the same exact layout so even the system where this came from is unknown (though likely to be HP 125).

The switches are Hi-Tek Linear and really heavy, here's a typing test:
Anyway, if you have any info on the keyboard, it would be greatly appreciated :).
