Both working very well (all keys/lights etc)
Its a different board to type on.....nicer feedback but a hell of a layout!

The black ones are the testing units for USB and modern PS2 - but are still IBM/Lenovo branded........

Anyone need any spares??

The layout can be a real pain in the ass.

I typed exclusively on the 84-key PC AT Model F for a few months so I got accustomed to the layout.  I attached a separate switchable numeric keypad to use the arrow and page up/page down keys so I could keep NumLock engaged on the keyboard.

I currently switch keyboards every few days, at least once a week, and I don't have any problem getting accustomed to the particular keyboard at hand within a few minutes of typing.

Although I have built a shrine for my sealed NIB 84-key PC AT Model F, I just might have to agree with ripster:  the best key switch doesn't necessarily make the best keyboard.

Hold That Thought.  The IBM Mini is King.

Not going to Jump to any conclusions here about red keys.  (Yes, that's a bad picture.  No, I'll fix that soon.)

I'm not going to Jump to any conclusions about red keys.  I just wanted to be Clear on the subject at hand.

The Mini may be king, but a good aircraft carrier is more useful ;).

(Yes, that is not even close to being period-correct or correct for the keyboard at hand, but that key's mapped to End, not "< >".  No, that's not keyboard chow, that's corrosion.)
