I'd like to buy a set of keycaps for a Filco Majestouch 2. Let me say that I have no idea at all how groupbuys or massdrop work and that it's not my idea to wait for several months for an order, so I prefer to order the keycaps directly to an online store. My demands are:
A set of min 104 keys (US ANSI)
Top legends (not blank nor front legends)
PBT, either dye sub or doubleshot.
They must fit and work with my keyboard. I've heard some thick keycaps have problems with Filcos and their stabs.
No leds in the capslock, numlock and scroll lock keycaps.
I prefer 2 color sets, but 1 color is also fine, better with bright characters over dark keycaps.
No loud colors such as orange, yellow, red, etc, but low saturated or greys or black and white.
I don't want low contrast (eg. dark grey legends over black).
I have a good offer from a guy I've met in a forum. He's selling this set by Vortex (https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1947). They are not very impressive and the alignment of the legends is a little so so, but their quality should be very good (PBT double shot is not easy to find). I've also heard good things about Ducky keycaps. The problem is availability, specially here in Europe.

Why do you say PBT doubleshots are hard to find? These are vortex, very easy to buy from Taobao, geekkeys and other online stores. It is the italics that most people find irritating.
Frankly most irritating is that these same results always pop up on my taobao searches. Got like 1000 stores in China selling PBT doubleshots.

Maybe because I have not much experience googling for these things :) Yesterday I found a lot of pbt models in Alliexpress, but who knows about their quality or even if they are really pbts... Many sellers don't mention the brand of their keycaps. I think I'll take no risks and buy this Vortex set. Ordering it from Mechanical keyboards is 39$ + 43$ (shipping), but this Spanish guy got them from Massdrop and he's selling them to me for 30 or 35€, shipping included. I was a little scared because I read that Vortex did a terrible job with the fonts, but it seems this happened when they first released pbts doubleshots some years ago and now this is fixed and the legends should look good.

PBT DS is usually pretty bad quality. It shrinks when cooling down after being molded, so it can be hard to get a good quality, consistent product.
Dyesub is the way to go. I'd get a set of gaterons, I rather like mine.

Do you think this set would be of good quality?

I know it's only 1 mm thick, but that would prevent problems with Costar stabs. Also, it's cheap and the shipping costs are reasonable. I'd prefer grey keycaps but I cannot find them. Browsing that web is really weird.

How about these?
https://sentraq.com/products/cherry-profile-dye-sub-pbt-keycaps
They are 1.5 mm, pbt dye sub and Cherry profile, which I've read it's less problematic for installing in a Filco. Any idea if they are quality keycaps. Their price is good and the shipping cost too.
These are more pricey, but I understand they are top quality. A little bit too dark (not practical), but quite elegant.

maybe ask around for sentraq reviews? I've never heard of them. The photos look good but there's not enough close up. Price is attractive for dyesubs.

I have a set of white PBT key caps.. they are on my WASD V1... meh... they get dirty very easily.
I am actually using the Vortex PBT Key caps in your first post right now on my Filco MJ2 TKL... I quite like them ..I got mine on Massdrop for $22~ish last year .. maybe I'm not picky enough but I really have no significant gripes with these having used them a bit over a year now.

Any problems installing them, I mean with the stabs?

No problems installing them .. they do not hang on the case or anything either..
