Compared to the Liquid Black keycaps, these should be produced quicker then that round did as the manufacturer and I resolved/streamlined a few of the processes and had custom jigs made to hold the cap during PVD coating.

Else, get some pliers to squeeze the stem inwards (VERY SLIGHTLY) OR use tape as a shim :)

Yeah, unfortunately the Topre stem by nature requires the material to be readily flexible which metal cannot provide. Since the topre stem is basically a snaphook. I have looked into getting injection moulded inserts made, but it will take some investment :)
Hopefully some time in the future when I have some capital to spend :P
