Title: Making a m13 useful again
Post by: mike52787 on Mon, 26 December 2016, 14:20:42
I just recently received a m13 from a friend, and even though it is the more modern trackpoint II version it is absolutely unusable on a larger resolution display. any one have any software for making the trackpoint on these old boards more useful today?

Any ultranav drivers it supports? That typically is what will make a trackpoint bearable on anything. Also, if it is just too strenous to use, try a soft dome style trackpoint cap.

Not too strenuous to use, but it uses an old trackpoint design which was meant for smaller resolution displays, and is just too slow to be useful.

Does your OS support mouse pointer acceleration?
